¾ cup Milk

3 tablespoon Butter

¾ teaspoon Baking Soda

10 cloves Garlic

2 tablespoon Sugar

How to Make Garlic Naan on Tawa

  • Take curd, milk,baking soda,sugar..Mix well. Set aside.
  • Take garlic in a blender and puree. Set aside.
  • Put the flour, oil, garlic, and salt in a basin and rub with your hands.
  • Knead the dough after adding the milk mixture.Give it an hour to relax.
  • Divide it into equal balls. Roll it into rounds.
  • Warm up a tawa till it is hot. After dampening the naan’s top with water, turn it over onto a hot tawa.
  • Turn it over a hot flame and cook until black spots appear on it.
  • Apply butter or ghee to it. Serve.

  • Set the oven’s grill mode to 250°C (500°F).
  • Roll a tiny piece of the dough into a round. Now use your hands to extend the top until it becomes an oval or naan shape.
  • Put it on a baking sheet. Add a little garlic and push with your hands until it adheres to the naan.
  • Set it on the top rack of the oven next to the grill and bake it for three to five minutes, or until the top begins to become brown.
  • Take it out of the oven and give it a butter brushing.
  • Serve warm with any curry.
